Plant Food that Inspires Gratitude

Food is a gift we give to ourselves and to others to nourish and strengthen our bodies. Food should build vitality, and it should be enjoyed. For these reasons, our food is made with the intention to inspire gratitude.

'‘Scientific studies suggest that only about 25 percent of how long we live is dictated by genes... The other 75 percent is determined by our lifestyles and the everyday choices we make. It follows that if we optimize our lifestyles, we can maximize our life expectancies within our biological limits” - Dan Buettner

culture matters.

Based on research conducted on the Blue Zones, geographical areas/ communities with the highest concentrations of centenarians, there is overwhelming evidence to suggest that not only is good nutrition an integral pillar of health, but also the people with whom the experience is shared are as much part of that nutrition as the food.

In these Blue Zones, it was observed that social networks were vital to the overall joy experienced by the individuals of these communities.

The mission of Soul Vegan Cuisine is to create plant food that inspires gratitude, connects cultures, and nourishes the soul as much as the body.
